Our highest priority continues to be protecting the health and safety of our customers, employees and visitors to Savers Bank. Our branch lobbies will remain open at this time as we are confident that we can provide a clean and safe environment for you to do your banking. We will be paying close attention to the Massachusetts guidelines and precautions and will adjust as necessary so we can continue to operate safely.

As a reminder, here is a list of all the added measures we are taking to keep you safe:

• For your protection and by order of the Massachusetts Governor’s office, face coverings will be required for all visitors and staff members when entering the lobby and providing services to you.
• Hand sanitizer will be available at all of our branch locations and frequently touched surfaces will be wiped down throughout the day.
• We will be observing and practicing social distancing guidelines. Our branches have been clearly marked to keep you at the recommended 6 foot guideline to insure safety and we will be monitoring capacity limits.
• Protective safety shields have been installed at all teller stations and customer service areas.
• We will refrain from the customary handshake greeting but rest assured we are smiling under our mask ready to assist you and thanking you for allowing us to serve you.

Starting Tuesday, May 26, 2020 all Savers Bank branch lobbies will be open to the public with limited hours. The safety of our customers and staff that serve you takes top priority when continuing to provide you with the banking services you expect during these unusual times. Savers Bank has taken added measures for you to visit and feel safe while conducting your banking business. Below is what you can expect when visiting our branches.

How we are keeping you safe:

• Temporary new lobby hours will be daily Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. No lobby hours on Saturday. Our drive-up will continue to operate Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. You can also call for an appointment if you cannot make the public hours.

Governor Charlie Baker has ordered continued operation of essential businesses during this time. Financial Services are considered essential therefore; Savers Bank will continue to offer drive-up services at all our branches. Our ATM’s are operating and you can always bank from home 24/7 with our online and mobile banking services.

Savers Bank continues to monitor the recommendations from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and the CDC as it relates to the protective measures for the health and safety of our employees, customers, and community during the (COVID-19) Coronavirus outbreak. To reduce the human to human transmission of the virus Savers Bank will apply the following social distancing measures.

Branch Lobbies

All branch lobbies will be temporarily closed to the general public beginning March 18, 2020. In-branch visits including safe deposit box access will be allowed by appointment only. Please call your local branch prior to visiting to ensure availability.

Branch Drive-Ups

All branch drive-ups will remain open and will operate on their normal hours. Our hours of operation are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Thursday 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

ATMs

Our ATMs will continue to be made available 24 hours a day.

Savers Bank will continue to provide you with access to your financial accounts during this unprecedented time. Our branch team will be available to assist you with anything you may need and we will update you as soon as we can resume normal banking operations.
