The Equity Builder Program (EBP) offers grants to help first-time buyers earning up to 80% of the area median income with down-payments and closing costs.
Housing Our Workforce (HOW) offers grants to help homebuyers earning above 80% and up to 120% of the area median income with down-payment and closing cost assistance.
The Lift Up Homeownership program offers down-payment and closing-cost assistance to income-eligible first-generation homebuyers purchasing their first home.
