How do I request a new debit card?

If you have a checking account with us, you can request or replace your debit card within your online or mobile banking. Click the person icon at the top of the screen, select Banking Services and then Secure forms. From the menu choose the Debit/ATM card Application. Or stop by your local branch. You can also replace an existing card in online banking or through our mobile app.

How do I report a lost or stolen debit card?

Please contact us immediately if you realize that your card is missing or if you notice any fraudulent transactions: 1-800-649-3036. This is the best way to minimize disruption in your account. 

You have tools within your Savers Bank mobile app that allow you to immediately freeze (or unfreeze) your debit or ATM card in our Mobile App*.  Click the person icon at the top of the screen and from the menu choose, Guard my Card to deactivate your debit card.
