Dear Customers and Community Members,

At Savers Bank, our success is built on trust - earned through consistent service, responsible decision making, and strong relationships within the communities we serve. In 2025, we continued to move forward with purpose, making thoughtful investments that support
our customers today and position us well for the future. 

Technology was a key area of focus throughout the year. We launched a redesigned website to make information easier to find and services easier to access, along with a faster online account opening platform for both consumer and business customers. These improvements simplify everyday banking while preserving the personal service that remains central to our approach.

We also strengthened our commitment to local businesses by expanding our business banking team with the addition of a Business Banking Officer. This role enhances our ability to work directly with business owners, offering guidance and solutions tailored to their
unique needs. Personal relationships continue to define how we serve.

Looking ahead to 2026, we will build on this momentum with the launch of a new online small business lending portal. This platform will streamline the lending process and provide business owners with a more efficient path to the capital they need to grow - while maintaining local decision making and support. 

Like many banks, we operated in a competitive and evolving environment. Throughout the year, our team remained focused on delivering reliable service and practical solutions for the individuals and businesses who place their trust in us.

Savers Bank ended 2025 in a strong position. Total assets grew by $21.7 million, or 2.81%, reaching $791 million. Year end gross loan originations totaled $91 million across all lending areas, led by $52 million in commercial loan growth. Residential and consumer lending totaled $39 million, representing a 15% increase over 2024. These results reflect the confidence our customers place in us
and the strength of the relationships we continue to build. 

As we move into 2026, we remain committed to investing carefully, listening closely, and adapting to meet changing needs. Our focus remains simple: to provide reliable banking, practical solutions, and consistent service.
